This 6-week, guided nutrition program connects you back to feeling your best version. The primary focus will be nutrition and food, there will also be the option to include movement and meditation to the program. All aiming to create a framework for a new, sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

 It is not about a restrictive or oppressive “diet”. More about focusing on a sustainable way to cultivate a healthy long-term relationship with food and your body. This program is about teaching you tools, knowledge, and confidence to take your health back into your own hands.
